Exclusive Warranty

* All products are warranty for a minimum of one year by the manufacturer to the extent of the manufacturer's express warranties to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.

Buyer's Exclusive Remedies

* Having no control over the use of the product in this, we assume no liability connected with their use.

* Liability and Buyer's exclusive remedies under warranty shall be limited solely to repair, replacement credit or refund options, with respect to products pursuant to instructions.

* Under no circumstances are we or the seller liable for any loose, damage or expenses of any kind arising out of the use or inability to use our products.

Our Guarantee To You

* We want your business, not just once but for an extended relationship.
* To make sure we deserve your continued patronage, we promise you 100% satisfaction in every transaction! If your order isn't perfect, we will take it back and we will provide you with an even exchange, credit or full refund.

Damaged Shipment, Risk or Loss

* Despite our best effort, items may occasionally be damaged in transit.
* Freight carriers are liable for damages only when damage is indicated on the bill of lading before you sign for the shipment, therefore we recommend that you inspect the outside container or containers and inside packing material.
* Ask the delivery carrier to make an inspection immediately if outside damage is seen.
* Pre ICC regulations, it is the responsibility of the consignee to file a damage claim with the carrier, after inspection.

Returns

* Please Call, Fax, or Write our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization Number and our written consent shipping instructions prior to return.
* All shipping charges should be prepaid unless otherwise arranged in advance.
* Most items may be returned within 30 days of receiving. Special custom orders (modified) parts may not be returned.
* All parts to be returned should be in original container and inside packing material must be carefully packed and will be subject to charge if not in sellable condition.
* The same applies to returns of spare part orders.
* There will be a restock and handling charge: 20%

Payment Terms

* On open accounts terms of net 30 days after shipment are extended to firms listed and satisfactorily rated by Dun and Bradstreet.
* Unrated or unlisted firms are requested to submit three major trade references and the name of their local bank.
* Buyer may expedite an order, while we establish an open account status, by including payment with your order.

Past Due Balances

* After 30 days, balance is subject to 2% per month (24% annual) interest from date of invoice plus collection costs.

Sales Tax

* All prices do not include freight, applicable federal, state, and local taxes, charges and duties.
* If you are tax exempt, please submit your certificate for our files in any other state you are responsible for any applicable sales and/or use taxing authorities.

Controlling Laws

* Any dispute or controversies arising for any cause, the validity, construction enforcement of the purchase agreement in between Buyer and Seller shall be Governed by and Interpreted under the laws of the State of New York and the United States of America.

Re-Sale & Manufacture

* Except with prior consent, the customer may not resell the goods or any part thereof.
